Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Required for Cancellation or Rescheduling Minimum 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Same-Day Changes: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be honored at our discretion, subject to calendar availability. 2. No-Show & Late Policy 5-Minute Grace Period: Your consultation is a focused 15-minute call. If you are more than 5 minutes late to the call link or phone line without prior notice, the meeting will be marked as a No-Show and canceled to stay on schedule for following appointments. No-Show Limits: Because free consult slots are in high demand, clients who fail to show up for their scheduled time without providing advance notice forfeit the ability to rebook a free consultation for 60 days. Future strategy calls during that period will require a paid consultation fee. 3. How to Reschedule To change your time, simply click the "Reschedule / Cancel" link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email and select a new time that fits your calendar.
