Cancellation Policy
Prior to Intake / Work Initiation: Client may request a cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase only if the Onboarding Intake Form has not been submitted and analysis has not begun. Cancellations within this 24-hour window incur a 15% administrative fee ($187.50), with the remainder refunded to the original payment method. After Work Commencement: Once analysis, account auditing, or video recording has commenced (or 24 hours post-purchase), the service is strictly non-cancellable and 100% non-refundable.
